What we collect
- Information you give us in our forms, by phone, WhatsApp or a booked call: your name, email address, phone number, the home type you are interested in and any message you send.
- Basic website usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached the site), collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To send you the information you asked for, such as price lists, floor plans and launch details.
- To contact you about this project and similar new-home opportunities, if you have agreed to hear from us.
- To book and hold appointments and calls you request.

Consent and how to unsubscribe
When you submit a form on this site you consent to UB Realty contacting you by email, phone or text about your enquiry and related new-home opportunities. Withdrawing consent will not affect information we have already sent you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management system, email and scheduling tools, website hosting and analytics, and only for the purposes above. With your permission, we may share your details with a builder’s sales team to register you for a project or complete a purchase. We may also disclose information where required by law. Some of our service providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law and real estate regulations, and then securely delete it.

We use reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information from loss, theft and unauthorized access.
